Imitation Tactleneck

I'm not going to say I invented the turtleneck, but I was the first person to realize its potential as a tactical garment. The tactical turtleneck! The… tactleneck!

As this doesn't have a high neck, I'm dubbing it the "imitation tactleneck." Like imitation crab has no real crab, this turtleneck has no real neck.
